I wish for safe, voluntary, reversible sovereignty over my continued existence, health, embodiment, cognition, memory, identity, and mortality, such that I may remain continuously myself while choosing how my body, mind, and substrate develop over time, including future enhancements beyond ordinary human limits, with no coercive, harmful, deceptive, identity-destroying, or maliciously interpreted consequences.
