Lemmy, mastodon and peertube use the AP (ActivityPub) protocol.
Now that I think about it if you were to incorporate peertube here it'd be pretty dope cause its ad-free so if you deploy your own instace and only give acces to those registered to here you could in theory make it as uncensored as you want plus have a scalable video hosting backend🤓💪
